ScholarshipsThe Mid-State REALTORS® Community Foundation, Inc awards two scholarships each year.In 2013, the Foundation awarded the Community Scholarship to Patrick Weglarz from Bristol Central High School. Mid-State REALTORS® Community ScholarshipThe Mid-State REALTORS® Community Scholarship is awarded in the memory of James L. O'Brien, a REALTOR® who had a firm passion for the business and the importance of education. This Scholarship is given to a senior from a high school in our area who plans to pursue a career in business (preferably real estate) or in political science at an accredited college or university.Apply for the Mid-State REALTORS® Community Scholarship Mid-State REALTORS® Family ScholarshipThe Mid-State REALTORS® Family Scholarship is awarded in the Memory of Marion Miller, also a REALTOR®, who was devoted to her family. This scholarship is awarded to a high school senior or a freshman, sophomore or junior in college who is planning to continue his/her education at an accredited college or university. Applicants must be a child, grandchild, or step-child of a Member of the Mid-State Association of REALTORS®.Apply for the Mid-State REALTORS® Family Scholarship Application deadlines for both of these scholarships is in May of each year. |
