Golf Tournament

This year we will be hosting our 27th annual golf tournament on June 24 at Chippanee Country Club in Bristol, CT. This golf tournament is our major fundraiser for our Christmas Wishes for Kids parties that we hold each Holiday Season in the Bristol and Southington areas.

We are looking to secure some corporate sponsorships for this year. Platinum Sponsorships are $1750 and include a golf foursome, raffle tickets.  Gold Sponsorships are $2000 and include a golf foursome and raffle tickets. Silver Sponsorships are available for $1350 and include golf twosome, signs and raffle tickets. We will be recognizing these corporate sponsors with sign displays throughout the event.

Golf Foursomes are $700 and include your cart, golf, lunch and dinner. 

Foundation Biography

The Mid-State Association of REALTORS® began working on creating a Foundation in 2010. Finally in the summer of 2012, we received our approval from the IRS with our official 501 c 3 status. This allows us to offer our individual and corporate donors a tax deduction for their sponsorships. The possibility of a tax deduction is often an incentive for those who itemize their deductions on their income tax. As a 501 c 3 charity, we are also eligible to receive private foundation grants.

Message from the Chairperson

The Mid-State REALTORS® Community Foundation, Inc was formed so that we can continue to help those in need within our communities. We hope that you will join us at one of our annual events including Christmas Wishes for Kids where we help Santa deliver presents to children in the central Connecticut area.

Scholarships

The Mid-State REALTORS® Community Foundation, Inc awards up two scholarships each year.
The Foundation awarded a $1000 scholarship to one of the children of one of our members.

Mid-State REALTORS® Family Scholarship

The Mid-State REALTORS® Family Scholarship is awarded in the Memory of Marion Miller, also a REALTOR®, who was devoted to her family. This scholarship is awarded to a high school senior or a freshman, sophomore or junior in college who is planning to continue his/her education at an accredited college or university. Applicants must be a child, grandchild, or step-child of a Member of the Mid-State Association of REALTORS®.
